AppVerix Subscriptions stores shop, selling plan, contract, billing attempt, dunning, import, and event records in Cloudflare D1 to operate subscribe-and-save billing.
Card data is never stored. Charges go through Subscription Contracts and subscriptionBillingAttemptCreate.
Customer identifiers are stored because they are required to bill and email subscribers. On a customers/redact webhook we delete that customer’s contracts, attempts, dunning rows, events, and email log. On shop/redact we delete every row for the shop, including sessions.
Uninstall stops billing and deletes sessions. Shop data is removed when Shopify sends shop/redact.
